A prominent businessman in Lira City, Haji Joe Ogwang, is in police custody after fatally shooting his son, Aaron Okello, during a heated altercation. The incident happened in Ireda Estate, Lira City East Division. The altercation reportedly erupted when the son demanded money from his father, leading to a confrontation. During the heated exchange, the son attempted to disarm his father, resulting in Ogwang firing a shot.
