Fast rising singer Joshua Baraka has revealed that Songstress Rema Namakula refused to give him a musical collaboration. Speaking in an exclusive interview on one local TV stations, Baraka, noted that someone informed him about an opportunity of him working with Rema Namakula on song together and subsequently penned the song , however things didn’t turn up as he expected since he never got in touch with Rema Namakula. Police in Mpigi District has arrested the head teacher of Kisumba Foundation School in Buwama Sub County over reports that he refused to register four candidates to sit Primary Leaving Examinations(PLE) which commenced Wednesday. Of the 16 candidates at the school, the suspect reportedly registered only 12 with Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) despite the four paying registration fees of Shs70,000 each. According to Mr Karim Majid, the Katonga regional police spokesperson,the suspect was arrested on Wednesday morning at Bunjako Island as he attempted to board a boat and flee the district through Lake Victoria. Police have launched a manhunt for singer Alien Skin real name Mugwanya Patrick over an alleged attempt to assault Andrew Mukasa, commonly known as Bajjo. A video of the incident has been making the rounds on social media since last evening. The incident occurred at around 6 p.m. within the Kirudu zone, Luwafu Parish, Makindye Division, in Kampala, at a car washing facility owned by Bajjo. The police say that Alien Skin and his ‘gang’ allegedly attempted to assault Bajjo, who defended himself using pepper spray.
