Officials from the WHO said on Thursday that they were setting up a seven-person independent commission to investigate claims of sexual exploitation and abuse by aid workers during the recent Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Jepchirchir lowered her mark by 18 seconds, clocking 1:05:16 to win by two seconds over German Melat Kejeta.
