Ruparelia Group Announces Attractive Offers To Tenants Amidst COVID-19 Pandemic

City tycoon Sudhir Ruparelia has announced unbelievable offers for tenants at several of his buildings owned under the Ruparelia Group of Companies and Crane Management Services.

According to our sources at Crane Management Services Ltd,  the Ruparelia has rolled out a campaign aimed at fostering the development of Uganda’s economy despite the COVID-19 challenges.

In a bid to further their resolve to promote economic development, Rajiv Ruparelia, the Managing Director of the Ruparelia Group of Services, has announced a free 3-months rent offer to tenants who seek to secure offices at  four of their buildings which include; Hardware City, Hardware Plaza, Market Plaza and Electrical Plaza.

According to sources close to the Ruparelia Group of companies, this campaign is aimed at helping Ugandan businessmen and businesswomen who have been affected and or evicted from their business premises as a result of not paying rent due to the COVID-19 lockdown have an opportunity to start up again, such that they can start paying rent after the economy stabilising.

Electrical Plaza is also owned the Ruparelia Group of companies

It should be noted that besides the above buildings, the Ruparelia Group of Companies owns several other buildings in Kampala Central Business District that offer rental space for business like Kampala Kingdom Hall, The Cube, Simbamanyo House, Crane Chambers, to  mention but a few.
