It was a delightful moment as Fortebet Uganda visited and rewarded its royal customers with thousands of gifts.Ishaka, Kabwohe, Butare, Ibanda, Kamwenge, Ishongororo, Rubindi, Bwizibwera and Kizinda are the branches where clients were rewarded with jerseys, T-shirts, phones among many other gifts. The gifts were handed over by Fortebet Brand ambassador, Alex Muhangi together with the media relations manager, John Nanyumba. Fortebet Uganda also gave out a number of reflector jackets to bodaboda riders as usual. Over 1000 clients received atleast a gift. Fortebet also gave out reflector jackets to bodaboda riders in Ibanda in a bid to reduce their chances of being knocked, especially during the night.

With the global fuel Crisis across the globe, the government of Uganda to start using gas to run the emergency Namanve 50 KW thermal plant to run the electricity generating machines, this was revealed by the UEGCL Board of directors at Namanve Mukono. The Government of Uganda through its Uganda electricity generation company limited UEGCL, took over officially from the Norwegian firm Jacobsen. Officials from UEGCL toured the plant to assess the progress of work in the last three months.
