Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has urged muslims to remain humble, loving and caring like they have been during Ramadan. Muslims celebrated Eid-el-Fitr which marks the end of Ramadan on May 2. Nabbanja, who was speaking to muslims at Old Kampala Mosque said: “However much the Ramathan period has ended, you ought to stay humble and supportive to each others today, tomorrow and forever.” She said government can’t do much about rising commodity prices because the economic distortions we are experiencing are caused by external factors. She urged farmers to engage in growing plants like sunflower and sorghum and if possible export some to other countries like Indonesia and Malaysia.
