Defending African Nations Championship champions Morocco defeated Uganda 5-2 at the Reunification Stadium in Douala on Tuesday night to qualify for the quarter-finals, while sending the Cranes crashing out of the tournament. Uganda Cranes CHAN Squad traveling to Cameroon for the Pre- CHAN Mini Tournament has been confirmed. The Contingent of 25 players will depart to Cameroon on Monday afternoon (3pm). Calvary Football Club from the West Nile region earned sporting promotion to the StarTimes FUFA Big League for the 2020-21 season. Kitara Football Club got promoted to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League for the season 2020-21. This followed a well worked out 1-0 win against Kiboga Young during the final of the promotional play-offs played on Wednesday, 21st October 2020.
