Kampala lord mayor Lukwago not suffering from Covid-19 -Nyanjura clarifies

The Lord Mayor of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) is not suffering from Covid-19 as was earlier presumed—by some people. Earlier on Wednesday morning, some social media postings claimed that Mr Erias Lukwago was “rushed” to Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi due to Covid-19. Some posted he was suffering from “allergies”. However, his office at KCCA has clarified in a statement issued on Wednesday 25, November 2020.  “The Lord Mayor was diagnosed with acute anaphylaxis which became persistent on treatment.
