Museveni Renews Bigirimana’s Kisanja As Judiciary Permanent Secretary Until 2023

By Elite Reporter President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has renewed Pius Bigirimana’s tenure as the Permanent Secretary  to the Judiciary by extending his Kisanja  for three more years, which means it will expire in the first quarter of the Financial 2023-2024, or when Museveni next does a reshuffle. Currently, Bigirimana, who was transferred from the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development during the July 2019 cabinet reshuffle, has been serving as Judicial P.S so diligently and effectively that the Appointing Authority did not see reason why not to renew his contract.
