By Keefa Nuwahereza Veteran Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) General Caleb Ankandwanaho aka Salim Saleh has refuted allegations that he was behind the demolition of St. Peter’s Church Ndeeba, which occurred early this week.
