The Police in Mbarara City on Wednesday, 10th May, 2023 at around 5pm registered a case of sudden death of a passenger aboard Trinity Express bus registration number RAD 639G.
The bus in which the passenger died from was travelling from Kigali Rwanda to Kampala and the body was immediately conveyed to Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital mortuary.
ASP Samson Kasasira, the Rwizi Region Police spokesperson identified the deceased as as Nandujja Hadijjah a 36 year old businesswoman, resident of Lungujja, Kampala who has been working in Kigali Rwanda
The deceased’s cause of death was yet to be ascertained as Police awaited for a postmortem report to confirm.
