Uganda manager Jonathan McKinstry has warned that South Sudan will not be easy opponents in their upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has released the 2020 TOTAL African Nations Championship (CHAN) championship dates. Uganda Cranes opens up against Rwanda on 18th January 2021 at the Stade de Unification in Douala in a group C duel. This will be followed by a match against Togo on 22nd January 2021 at the same venue and the final group game will be on 26th January 2021 against Morocco.

The Kampala club claims the football governing body subtracted the money they were supposed to get for engaging in the previous continental tournament Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA FC) have come out to clear the air over the Caf prize money that has generated back and forth debate especially with their former players. CAF To Resume Confederation Cup, Champions League Semis And Finals

By Our Reporter The Confederation of African Football (CAF) decided on Monday to resume both the semifinals and finals of the Confederation Cup and Champions League after more than three months of suspension over the COVID-19 spread concerns. Semifinal matches of the African Confederation Cup will be played on September 22, 2020, while the final will be played on September 27, without the audience, the CAF said on its official website. All the African Confederation Cup matches will be played in Morocco. The first match of the Confederation Cup will be run between Egypt’s Pyramids FC and Guinea’s Horoya at Mohammed V Complex stadium in Casablanca.
