Kutesa, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, has come under fire for reportedly

permitting Kavuya’s wife Barbra Kavuya, daughter Blanche Kibaju and grandson
Isaiah Tiba Byabashaija to fly into Uganda from the United States of America
via Ethiopians Airlines, leaked to this website.
