Singer turned politician Sir Mathias Walukagga has gone back to school so as to get qualifications for his future aspirations.
Netizens have for years been piercing holes in the Kyengera Town Council Mayor’s status academics given his poor literature to the extent of many referring to him as an illiterate.
The Kadongokamu singer Sir Mathias Walukagga is now motivated more than ever after reportedly passing mature entry examinations at Islamic University in Uganda, aKibuli in Kampala where he will be enrolling this August.
Reports have it how Walukagga sat for his entrance exams and he passed the mark and was awarded a certificate of completion by IUIU upon hitting a piece of wood in the head of his studies.
The ‘Bakowu’ hit singer couldn’t hide his excitement as he went on to troll critics that have in the past been faulting him over failure to complete his studies and poor command of the English language.
“I am not studying to look for a job; I am an artiste who does not require any studies and I want to study to be defined as educated,” he added. I need to be among the educated people in Uganda and it’s not because I am looking for a job, I am already a Job creator,” Mathias Walukagga.
