Kampala – Following the murder of labour ministerCharles Okello Engola by his body guard, health ministry officials are speaking up on the danger of leaving mental health issues unaddressed in the country. They are now demanding the release of sh1b to begin handling the issue.
With the funding, psychiatrists are confident they can come up with low-cost interventions to deal with the mental health challenges the country is currently grappling with.
