Go to 3rd Div: Kyetume Rushes to Court Challenging FUFA’s Decision.

Kyetume FC, through its lawyers from Bagyenda and company advocates, have filed a lawsuit in the Mukono High Court against the Federation of Uganda Football Associations [FUFA]
FUFA recently dropped Kyetume from the super league and sent them to the third division where they are scheduled to play in the upcoming season for allegedly not meeting the requirements for the first division
According to lawyers led by Bagyenda Ivan , they said FUFA’s dismissal was illegal without giving them an opportunity to defend themselves.
They also alleged that they met all the requirements to play in the first division but were shocked to be judged cruelly by FUFA to write to them informing them
Recently, the head of the National Clubs Registration and Certification Commission Roger Mulinddwa was speaking at the Jobiah Hotel in Mukono at the Buganda Football Federation conference confirming Kyetume’s ban.
However, Kyetume FC president Rubben Mubiiru, although he appeared to be reluctant to speak to us, said he is still fighting to keep Kyetume in the top flight.
