Sad news reaching our desk indicates that the Bishop Emeritus of North Mbale Diocese, Rt. Rev Daniel Othniel Wonasolo Gimadu is dead.
It is alleged that he died at Mukono Church of Uganda Hospital where he had spent a week at around 11 pm on Wednesday.
Bishop Gimadu served as the Bishop of the North Mbale Diocese from 2006 to 2014.
He was consecrated on 10th December 2006 and served until 16th November 2014.
Reliable sources have it that the bishop succumbed to pneumonia.
