Thousands welcomes Balam as a minister in Hoima .
The Prime Minister of Uganda Rt Hon Nabbanja Robinah today officiated at the homecoming ceremony in honour of Hon Dr Balaam Barugahara, the newly appointed State Minister for Children and Youth affairs at Boma grounds in Masindi Municipality organised by the Community.
The Premier commended the people of Masindi and Bunyoro at large for supporting NRM and President Museveni consistently and urged them to carry on.
Nabbanja congratulated Dr Balaam upon this noble appointment and urged him to provide people centred and service oriented leadership to all Ugandans in line with the Principles of the rulling NRM Party.
A cross-section of Cabinet Ministers, State Ministers, MPs, District chairpersons, Local council leaders joined thousands to welcome the newly appointed minister back at home.
