Dr Ddamulira Eats Big As He Scoops Top Job At Min. Of Finance

Kampala economist Dr. Edward Ddamulira Ssengonzi is literally smiling from ear after
he was appointed to one of the top offices at the Ministry of Finance.
This
website has learnt that Ddamulira is in jubilation mood following his
appointment as the Under Secretary Accounting Officer for the Ministry of
Finance, Planning, and Economic Development.
Ddamulira
comes in to replace Betty Kasimbazi, who retired last month after serving in
that capacity for many years.
Prior
to her retirement, Kasimbazi had had a tough experience with parliament
committees of finance and Public Accounts Committee after she on several
occasions had snags in explaining questionable expenditures within the
ministry.
