Museveni COVID-19 National Address Postponed As Cases Shoot To 5,380

By Keefa Nuwahereza The Presidential Address on Coronavirus (COVID-19) that had been scheduled for Saturday September 19th, 2020 has been shifted to Sunday September 20th, 2020, at 8:00PM, according to Don Wanyama, the Senior Presidential Secretary. Wanyama revealed that President Yoweri Museveni decided to   shift the national address to Sunday following resolutions  carried by the cabinet sittings on Monday and Wednesday respectively, which came up with resolutions that he has to communicate to all Ugandans.  “UPDATE: The Presidential Address on Covid-19 has been rescheduled to Sunday, September 20th, 8pm.
