By Our Reporter The Commander in Chief  (CIC) of the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) has fired  Brig. Gen. Richard Karemire from the position of UPDF Spokesperson, replacing him  with Brig. Gen. Flavia Byekwaso. We have learnt that Brig. Gen. Byekwaso, who is the first female UPDF spokesperson, is taking over office next week after a official handover by Brig. Gen.
