3.Nitrosol (thickener)

5.Sulphonic acid (surfactant)
6.Texapon (surfactant)
7.Perfume (optional)
8.Color (optional)
9.Container for mixing
10.Stirring stick

Instructions

Before beginning the process of making liquid soap, it is important to prioritize safety. Wear safety goggles and gloves to protect yourself from the caustic soda. Additionally, make sure you are working in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling any fumes.
>>Measure The Water
Measure out 1 liter of water and pour it into a container for mixing.
>>Add Caustic Soda
Add 100g of caustic soda to the water and stir with a stirring stick until it dissolves completely. It is important to note that this mixture will become very hot, so be careful not to touch it.

Leave the caustic soda mixture to cool down for about 30 minutes.
>>Mix Sulphonic Acid and Water
In another container, measure out 3 liters of water and add 500g of sulphonic acid. Mix well.

Add 500g of soda ash to the sulphonic acid mixture and mix well.
>>Mix Nitrosol
In a separate container, mix 500g of nitrosol with 1 liter of water until it becomes a thick paste.
