
Museveni Shakes Cabinet: Brings In Young Blood, Drops NRM Old Guard

President Yoweri Museveni has today announced changes in Cabinet, which have stunned many Ugandans because of the unexpected changes, which have seen several youthful faces come in and numerous old National Resistance Movement (NRM) kingpins dropped.
However, one of the most surprising new faces is former opposition politician Beatrice Anywar, who has been appointed Minister for Environment.
