Newly Appointed Bunyangabu District CAO Oloya Warns Staff Against Tribalism

The incoming Chief Administrative Officer for Bunyangabu District, Mr. Stephen Oloya, has warned technical staff against tribalism.

During the handover ceremony that was held at Bunyangabu District Local Government (DLG) headquarters on July 10, 2020, Mr. Oloya emphasized the importance of working as a team for the good of the district without any segregation basing on tribes.

He said that; “Technical staff should emphasize professionalism which will foster development and good service delivery in the district.”

The Bunyangabu Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Ms. Jane Asiimwe  Muhindo, thanked the outgoing CAO Mr. Peter Nsungwa Ruhweza, for emphasising professionalism by sticking to the local government standing orders even amidst intimidation from politicians and whistleblowers.

The District LC V Chairperson Mr. James Ategeka Mugarama, also thanked the outgoing CAO for always keeping a cool demeanor even amidst chaotic situations.
