Bebe Cool has expressed his bitterness against the Katikiro of Buganda, Charles Peter Mayiga following the comments he made against the late Jajja Iculi a.k.a Isma Olexass. Early this week, Mayiga described the fallen blogger as someone who spoke before thinking and he never stopped to think about the outcomes of his words. “Isma was talking too much. Police in Butaleja District in eastern Uganda are investigating circumstances under which a teenage boy reportedly committed suicide after he was denied food. Stephen Dundo,15, a resident of Namatala Village, Kachonga Sub County in Butaleja District is said to have ingested poisonous substances on Sunday after he was reportedly denied food by his sister. “The deceased went to his sister’s restaurant to eat lunch but she declined to serve him over Shs1,000 debt. He then returned to his father who gave him Shs1, 000 to clear the old debt. After clearing the old debt, his sister refused to serve him on credit again,” Bukedi regional Police Spokesperson, Moses Mugwe said. Sad news reaching our desk indicates that the Bishop Emeritus of North Mbale Diocese, Rt. Rev Daniel Othniel Wonasolo Gimadu is dead. It is alleged that he died at Mukono Church of Uganda Hospital where he had spent a week at around 11 pm on Wednesday. Bishop Gimadu served as the Bishop of the North Mbale Diocese from 2006 to 2014. He was consecrated on 10th December 2006 and served until 16th November 2014. Reliable sources have it that the bishop succumbed to pneumonia. North Mbale Diocese is one of 37 Dioceses that form the Province of Church of Uganda. This is a developing story, we shall keep you posted.

A strange and puzzling event left the peaceful village of Kishenga in Rugarama sub-county, Rushenyi County, in utter disbelief. The residents were taken aback when an abandoned black coffin was discovered inside the toilet of John Karenzi, a local resident. Shinan Kacuucu Natuhurira, the representative for people with disabilities (PWDs) and the speaker for Rugarama Sub County, arrived at the scene and witnessed the enigmatic black coffin in John Karenzi’s toilet. Detectives are investigating an incident in which a clerk of Migori High Court, Kenya and her boda boda rider were shot dead by a lone gunman. Phoebe Auma, 50, was being ferried to the court by the rider when they were attacked, witnesses and police said. The incident shows seemingly the gunman knew about the woman’s movements. Police believe she was targeted probably because of her work. The gunman was wearing a facemask at the time of the attack. According to witnesses, the gunman accosted Auma and her rider when they slowed down from Gogo village to join the busy Kisii-Migori highway. The gunman was riding a motorbike with a concealed number plate at the time of the incident. Residents of Kitengela town, Kenya were treated to real vampire like movie scenes when a 24 year old Olivia Kasserran butchered her two year old daughter. Ms Olivia, was found by neighbors naked after they responded to the cries of the baby. However, they found the poor girl already dead, with her mother naked in what the neighbors described as having also feasted on the baby. Reports from the media indicated that Ms Olivia stated that she suffered from low self esteem and that she did not like herself. Ms. Olivia is now in police custody as police continue with their investigation before she face charges. The President of Rwanda, General Paul Kagame has ordered for immediate deportation of 18 Chinese nationals. “The 18 investors were found guilty of mistreating Rwandan workers and grubbing land on which they operated their business,” President Kagame said. Chinese investors exploited Rwandan people and also took advantage of them by making them work abnormal hours like slaves. “Africa is for Africans. We can’t be slaves in Africa. We don’t tolerate the nonsense of discrimination here,” General Kagame added. “Rwanda is for Africans and those who mean well for us. Police in Kamuli are hunting for a 50 year old man currently on the run for killing his lover on allegations of removing his pregnancy. The suspect Yoweri Mugaya stabbed an unidentified woman at his residence in Bulyampande village, Butansi sub-county, Kamuli district on Tuesday morning. Eyewitnesses allege that the chic who was not known to all neighbors as she occasionally visited Mugaya, had a deep-heated fight with him moments before he cut her life short. During the fight, Mugaya accused his girlfriend of aborting their seven-month pregnancy without his consent.
