A 28 year old Ugandan pastor Joseph Collins Twahirwa who is accused of raping a 36 year old Lativian tourist has been further remanded to Luzira prison as investigations continue. Joseph Collins Twahirwa commonly known as Daddy Collins is the Arch pastor at Epikaizo Ministries International in Bugoloobi has been sent back to prison by Nakawa Magistrate Court until 16th February 2023. An American couple accused of Trafficking and torturing their ten year old adopted son has been further remanded to Luzira prison, as police carries on more investigations. Mackeinze Leing Spencer and her husband Nicholas Spencer residents of Naguru Hill in Nakawa division in Kampala have spent 2 months in jail, for allegedly administering harsh punishments to the minor .
