Hon. Hannifah Nabukeera the newly elected Mukono district woman member of Parliament has made another step in changing the life of the people who voted her in the recently concluded elections. Nabukeera unveiled the ambulance to Mukono district covid19 task force at Mukono district headquarters with an intention of swiftly carrying covid19 patients to Mulago referral hospital and improving the lives of people in Mukono. Members of Uganda federal alliance(UFA) through their president general Charles James Kizito have vowed to petition parliament challenging the government's move of giving out Shs.100000 to 5000000 vulnerable Ugandans living in cities and municipalities across the country. Mukono Midwife Succumbs to covid-19, Patients Desserts Hospital

Patients in Mukono District have deserted the main Mukono general hospital following the death of one of the midwives at the hospital. Teddy Namuddu (45) was late last week rushed and admitted to Mulago Hospital after her condition worsened and she died from there. The demise of Namuddu has caused tension and fear amongst patients and medical workers at Mukono general hospital. Our reporter visited the hospital today and found that the hospital has been deserted by both patients and medical workers, most especially the covid19 testing wing, and a few medical workers have reported to the facility.
