The state has lost interest in the case filed against Efrance Musimenta Mbagaya, the acting director human resource and administration at Uganda Civil Aviation Authority (UCAA) for removing campaign posters of President Yoweri Museveni from UCAA offices.  Mbagaya reportedly sanctioned the removal of Museveni's campaign posters which were pinned at the UCAA head offices at Entebbe airport, in contravention of Section 78 of the Presidential Elections Act.
