ACP Sarah Kibwika Appointed New PSU Boss In New Police Transfers

By Keefa Nuwahereza Inspector General of Police  (IGP) Martins Okoth Ochola on Wednesday April 15, 2020, appointed Assistant Commissioner of Police Sarah Kibwika, as the new Professional Standards Unit Commandant (PSU). The appointment came in a new wave of redeployment in the Uganda Police, which has seen several officers and men transferred by the IGP. By Elite Reporter US coronavirus deaths on Wednesday  rose by a single-day record 2,228 to top 28,300, according to a Reuters tally, as officials debated how to reopen the economy without reigniting the outbreak. The United States, with the world's third-largest population, passed a second milestone late on Tuesday with over 600,000 reported cases, three times more than any other country. The previous single-day record was 2,069, set last Friday.
