By Elite Reporter The interim government of Sudan on Tuesday passed a resolution to hand former Sudan president Omar al-Bashir to the International Criminal Court (ICC), such that he can face trial for crimes  he committed when he was still in power.   Omar al-Bashir and others wanted by the ICC are to be handed over to the Hague, where he is wanted on charges of genocide and war crimes. The shocking incident happened a few moments after the driver had parked the bus along the roadside in Buwama township, near Buwama Checkpoint, in Mpigi district, following a technical fault he had detected.
