Eng. Mutabazi’s Substitute At UCC Irene Kagwa’s Secrets Unearthed

Eng. Godfrey Mutabazi, who was the Executive Director of the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), bowed out after the expiry of his contract, which ends February 9, 2020.
Mutabazi officially ended his duty at UCC on Friday February 7, 2020, after which the Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Judith Nabakooba appointed Irene Kaggwa Sewankambo to serve as acting ED, as the board looks for a replacement.
