Opening borders between Rwanda and Uganda has been dealt yet another draw after Presidents Yoweri Museveni and Paul Kagame failed to reach a consensus at the Third Tripartite Meeting in Luanda, Angola, held today Sunday, February 02 2020.
The meeting was a follow up of the Second Tripartite meeting held in Luanda, Angola in August 2020, which was aimed at restoring peace between the two countries, during which both Kagame and Museveni signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
According to the pact signed, the two leaders agreed to, “respect the sovereignty” of Uganda and Rwanda and other neighbouring countries, although few of the resolutions were implemented, which triggered off another the third meeting.

Our Spy within Leone Island reveals that Chameleone recently fell out with his managers and decided to sign a one year contract with a new management label called called Eventrics.

Android and iPhone devices which only support outdated operating systems will no longer be able to run the Facebook-owned app.WhatsApp said the move was necessary in order to protect the security of its users.Smartphones using Android 2.3.7 and older, and iPhone iOS 8 or older, are those affected by the update.
